Hot Tub Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs
We cover the whole of Yorkshire for Hot Tub Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs.
We have 8 Years experience in the trade and we are Jacuzzi hot tub owners so we know how to maintain a healthy hot tub!
Excellent water quality is number 1 for all hot tubs. Levels should be kept balanced and stable for a pleasant hot tub experience. Biofilm hides in the hot tub pipework and builds up over time. This needs a strong pipe flush for removal.
Your hot tub should be emptied every 3-4 months and serviced every year.
We use the best hot tub cleaning chemicals and biofilm removers to keep the internals of the system in tip top condition. We use only genuine parts for hot tub repairs.
Our hot tub servicing packages start from £249. New filters, clearray bulb and parts are at additional cost.

- Test water regularly. Do not use excessive chemicals as this can cause injury to skin, eyes and lungs
- If water appears cloudy or green do not use the tub until water is clear
- Do not attempt to jump or dive into the tub
- Never dismantle filter housing or place fingers in any jets or holes
- Never place your head under water and users with long hair should be tied back
- Always replace cover after use to keep in heat and keep water clean

My Hot Tub Mover Chemical Tips
Water quality is very important when using your hot tub!
The three main elements on most test strips are Chlorine, PH and Alkalinity. When first filling your new spa, you will need to shock the water with a higher dose of chlorine granules. When the water is up to the desired temperature (37-39 degrees) you will need to test the water for correct Chlorine, PH and Alkalinity levels again. More commonly these levels will be low so adding PH+ and Alkalinity increaser chemicals until the colours on the test strips are at correct levels. If the levels are too high you can add PH- chemical. The spa is then ready to use.
We advise using a floating chlorine dispenser with 2 continuous tablets disolving inside at all times. This will help keep chorine levels stable even when spa is not in use. The chlorine granules can then be used as a booster if tub is in heavy use and levels are low.
Other chemicals can be used If the water becomes very bubbly or foamy. No Foam with stop these bubbles instantly.
Adding a floating scum sponge will absorb any oils which rise to the water surface
No Scale is used to prevent white scale on the shell and piping on the tub
Spa clear can be used if the water becomes cloudy
When emptying your spa after 3-6 months use Pipe Cleaner chemicals to flush the piping and help keep your spa in good health
Once you get the hang of balancing your water it will become second nature and very easy to maintain.
